Fair Trade is a manufacturing partnership that embraces the following major elements:

healthy working environments
long term relationships with suppliers
respect for the local cultural identity
In 2004, Ecoist provided a small loan to three women entrepreneurs to establish their own business and production center in Peru. Today, their company employs more than 35 women and has grown to be a significant contributor to the well-being of their community.
