Shipping Times
- UPS Ground and USPS orders will ship same day if ordered by 12 pm (EST)
- UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air will ship on the same day if orders are placed before 12 pm (EST).
- Orders placed Fridays after 12:00pm (EST) through Sundays will ship on Monday
International Shipping
Ecoist offers international shipping through U.S. Postal Service or UPS Worldwide.
International shipping charges do not include any local duties.

Tracking your Order
If using UPS, we will provide you with a tracking number that allows you to simply click on the link to UPS which will provide you with all of the necessary information to track your order.
If using USPS global express mail, there will also be a tracking number we will provide to track your oder. Please note that if you are using USPS Airmail parcel post there is no tracking # available, this means that once the order is shipped there will be no way for us or USPS to track it.
Return/Exchange Policy
Ecoist wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days and with original receipt for a full refund. Slightly used handbags may be returned within 30 days of date of purchase for store credit only. Please include a copy of your sales receipt and send to:

If you received Ecoist products as a gift, please return the new, unused product, along with gift receipt, to the address above within 30 days of receipt for store credit.
Please allow a processing time of 5 business days for refunds and exchanges.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be redeemed during checkout. Please note that Gift certificates cannot be used to cover shipping costs. Shipping costs must be paid via credit card separately during checkout.
