Return/Exchange Policy

Ecoist accepts exchanges/returns within 30 days from shipment of goods. Please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers. Please include a copy of your sales receipt note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions/comments and send to:

Items bought in stores may not be returned to Ecoist, LLC. Items bought online cannot be returned at stores carrying Ecoist products.

Items marked CLEARANCE SALE or REWARDS may not be returned or exchanged.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

Ecoist offers all types of shipping through UPS. From Next Day Air to Ground shipping, our checkout process includes all your shipping cost options and estimates.

Note: We cannot ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes, because UPS won’t deliver to them.

Shipping Times

  • UPS Ground and USPS orders will ship within 24 hours.
  • UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air will ship on the same day if orders are placed before 3 pm (EST).
  • Orders placed Fridays after 3:00pm (EST) through Sundays will ship on Monday (except if Monday is Holiday)

Tracking your Order

If using UPS, we will provide you with a tracking number that allows you to simply click on the link to UPS which will provide you with all of the necessary information to track your order.

If using USPS global express mail there will also be a tracking number we will provide to track your oder. Please note that if you are using USPS Airmail parcel post there is no tracking # available, this means that once the order is shipped there will be no way for us or USPS to track it.

International Shipping

Ecoist offers international shipping through U.S. Postal Service or UPS Worldwide.

Please note our international shipping charges do not include any import fees, taxes, duties, brokerage, or any other charge applied by a third party. The customer is solely responsible for these and any other fees should they apply..

How do we determine what shipping costs will be?
International shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:

  • Weight and dimensions of package
  • Method of shipment such as Ground, Next Day Air, etc.
  • The location is shipping to (also called the destination country or region)

Therefore, costs may vary greatly depending on what, and where we're shipping, and can be considerably higher for international destinations.
